Firstly, when it comes to your vet fee limit, you don&#39;t have to worry about it expiring. Every year, the limit renews for you to start all over again.

With Lifetime, there isn&#39;t the fear that conditions will become excluded after 12 months or when the benefit runs out. When it comes to new conditions, you&#39;re sorted. Even if they&#39;re ongoing or re-occur after a couple of years, those new conditions will always be covered.

Our Lifetime Pet Insurance Cover is one type of policy that offers a range of cover levels. Simply decide which level is best for you and your furry friend by choosing from annual limits between &pound;1,000 and &pound;10,000.

How does Everypaw's Lifetime pet cover work?

Let&#39;s say you&#39;ve taken out our Lifetime &pound;4k. That gives you &pound;4,000 to cover vet costs and treatment over the year if your pet falls ill or has an accident. Just renew your cover, and that&#39;s up to &pound;4,000 of cover every year.

That &pound;4,000 is there for the additional benefits too &ndash; so, if your pet went walkabouts one day and got lost, you could claim up to &pound;1,500 from the &pound;4,000 to help find them. And again, your vet fee limit resets every year at renewal, allowing you to start all over again.

There are a few things you&rsquo;ll need to bear in mind, though. For example:

	<li>If you reach your limit in the year, you&rsquo;ll need to cover treatment costs until the limit resets.</li>
	<li>Pre-existing conditions are not covered, only new conditions under your policy.</li>
	<li>Conditions are only covered for your pet&rsquo;s lifetime as long as you insure your pet with us, under the original policy and without a break in cover.</li>
</ul>

If you switch, previous illnesses can be seen as pre-existing conditions, resulting in exclusions being placed on the new policy. This would leave you liable for treatment costs if that condition re-occurs.
