*Terms and Conditions

1. This current promotion is open to new customers who purchase an Everypaw Insurance policy on www.everypaw.com and enter the promotional code .
2. All items included in the Pet Hamper are subject to availability.
3. The promotion is not valid for users that purchase their policy using any third party site e.g. price comparison website.
4. Only one Pet Hamper per policy can be redeemed.
5. No alternative is available, and the offer is not transferable.
6. The policy must be active at the time of dispatch.
7. We will send you an email 3 months after your policy start date with instructions on how to redeem the Pet Hamper from the Pet Hamper site.
8. The Promoter may also request the right to use any images tagged by @Everypaw in any further marketing activity that may relate to the campaign.
9. After you receive your email, you must redeem your hamper within 30 days.
10. The hamper will be sent to you by Unit 3, Clifton Fields, Lytham Road, Preston to the policy address. You will receive an email with instructions on how to redeem the Pet Hamper. In the event of any questions or complaint relating to the contents of the Pet Hamper please address them to Pet Hamper directly at info@pethamper.co.uk.
11. We may ask you to complete a survey to gain insight into your experience of receiving your Pet Hamper.
12. This promotion will end on 27th July 2025. The promotional code can not be used on policies purchased after this date.
13. If you entered the promotional code before 27th July 2025, you will still be eligible to receive the Pet Hamper in line with the usual process (3 months after your policy start date, provided your policy remains active).
